John Blando founded Electronic Marketing Associates Inc. in 1972, making EMA the oldest representative firm in our region (Missouri, Iowa, Illinois, Nebraska, and Kansas). John is one of a few in the industry who can say he’s represented Yamaha consumer electronics for more than 45 years. Alec Haight, principal, comes from Pioneer Music Company, a family-owned consumer electronics distribution company dating back to the 1860s. EMA’s leaders have been in the “biz” a long time, and it shows in their world-class product representation and award-winning service and support.
